Privacy policy

When you book a call, email me, fill in an inquiry or speaking form, or ask for a scorecard action plan, I receive what you enter: usually your name, email, company and details about your project or event. I use it to reply, prepare for the conversation and do the work you ask for. I don’t add you to a mailing list unless you ask.

Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights count page views and measure page speed without cookies and without identifying you.

When they are switched on, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity use cookies to show me which pages are useful and where people get stuck. They run by default for US visitors and stop when you choose “Decline” in the cookie banner.

I may use Google Ads, the Meta Pixel and the LinkedIn Insight Tag to measure ads and show them to people who have visited this site. These only load after you choose “Accept”. Under Texas law this kind of targeted advertising is something you can opt out of at any time, and declining in the banner does exactly that.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, I treat it as an opt-out automatically. You can change your choice any time with “Cookie choices” in the footer.

Vercel (hosting and analytics), TidyCal (booking), Resend or a webhook tool (delivering form submissions to my inbox), MailerLite (if you ask for an email resource), and the analytics and advertising providers above. Each handles data under its own privacy policy.

I don’t sell personal information.

To see, correct or delete what you have sent me, or to opt out of targeted advertising, email hello@rubinjames.com. I reply within 45 days, usually much sooner. If I decline a request you can ask me to reconsider by replying to that email.

When the site or its tools change, I update this page and the date at the top.
