The problem
Custom printing falls over at the boring step. A phone photo is rarely print-ready, so shops either reject it or print it badly and eat the refund.
Why it matters
Fixing the artwork before checkout means the customer sees exactly what arrives, and the fulfilment side stops absorbing files it cannot use.
What I built
I designed the product and built the storefront and artwork pipeline.
