A sales layer that sits on top of an operator’s existing booking and payment tools and shows where deals are stalling.
02The problem
An enquiry arrives in one system, the available offices live in another, and the follow-up depends on whoever is at the front desk that afternoon. Deals die in the gaps.
03Why it matters
Operators already pay for booking software, a card processor and a door system. None of them own the sale. That was the missing piece, not more data.
04Rubin's role
I built the product and wrote the positioning it sells on.
05What was built
Catches every enquiry and puts follow-up in priority order
Matches a prospect to offices that are actually free
Drafts replies for an operator to review before they go out
A console showing stalled tours, unopened proposals and deals going cold
